KRA Boundary
Although the KRA shares a similar name to the Kincora Community Association (KCA), the KRA does not share the same border or serve the same purpose. The KRA collaborates with the KCA to enhance our community lifestyle.
The KRA was established by APEX Builders Group to provide ongoing maintenance and landscaping for the entrance features, and unique amenities within the KRA boundary through an annual fee. Some Kincora features are maintained by the KRA, City of Calgary or by individual property owner(s).
All owners, within the orange outline area as shown in the Boundary Map, are members of the KRA. An encumbrance exists on all residential and multi-family parcels within the KRA boundary. This document outlines the non-optional, annual payment required (see "Annual Fees").
